UK delivery
Standard shipping is free on UK orders. You will not be charged for this delivery service at checkout.
Our estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Weekends and bank holidays do not count towards this estimate.
Delivery times are estimates rather than a guarantee of arrival on a particular day.
Your delivery details
Please check your delivery address before placing your order. Include your house or building number, street, postcode and any flat or unit number.
Use an email address you check regularly so you can receive information about your order.
If you notice a mistake after ordering, email support@Trimborne.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and the correct details. We will check whether the address can still be changed.
Once a parcel has been dispatched, an address change may no longer be possible. If that happens, we will explain the available options.
Order updates and tracking
If you would like an update on your order, email us with your order number and the name used at checkout.
Where tracking information has been provided, you can use it to check your parcel’s progress. Tracking may not update at every stage of delivery.
If the tracking information is unclear or appears to have stopped updating, contact us so we can look into it.
Delivery delays
Busy delivery periods, severe weather and transport disruption can sometimes affect delivery times.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated 7–10 business days, please contact support@Trimborne.com. Include your order number and delivery postcode so we can check what has happened.
We will look into the delay and explain the next steps. A delay does not remove your rights to a remedy where the law provides one.
Missed deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may leave a notice or provide instructions for arranging another delivery or collecting the parcel.
Please follow any instructions provided. If you cannot rearrange delivery or are unsure where your parcel is being held, contact us.
If a parcel is returned to us following an unsuccessful delivery, we will discuss the next steps with you.
Parcels marked as delivered
If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, check any delivery photo or notice provided. You may also wish to check with other members of your household and any neighbour or safe place you authorised for delivery.
If the parcel is still missing, email us with your order number.
We will investigate the delivery with the courier. A tracking status showing “delivered” does not, by itself, mean that a missing-parcel enquiry is closed.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items
Please check your order when it arrives.
If an item is damaged, incorrect or missing, contact support@Trimborne.com and include:
- Your order number.
- The item affected.
- A brief explanation of the problem.
- Photographs of the item and packaging, where possible.
Keeping the packaging can help us investigate damage during delivery. Photographs are helpful, but they are not a condition of your statutory rights.
We will review the problem and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Our responsibility
If your order has not been delivered as agreed, contact Trimborne directly. We are responsible for addressing the delivery issue with the courier.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including your rights when goods arrive late, are not delivered, or arrive faulty or damaged.
Delivery outside the UK
The free shipping offer and delivery estimate in this policy apply to UK orders.
For enquiries about delivery outside the UK, contact us before placing an order so we can confirm whether delivery is available.
